台北市大同區天龍三溫暖驚傳槍擊案，疑似33歲彭姓男子不滿威震董事長吳明達要求酌收保護費，因此懷恨在心，竟在今（10）日傍晚持槍朝吳明達開槍，現場共有2人中彈，而彭男行兇後隨即前往大同分局投案，至於詳細衝突經過，仍待警方後續進一步調查釐清。
據悉，彭男平時在長安西路經營咖啡廳，疑似因不滿吳明達等人強索保護費，於是持槍前往天龍三溫暖門口，趁隙朝著吳明達一行人狂開3到4槍，導致吳明達及其中1名小弟腳部中彈，經送醫救治後已無生命危險。事後，彭男也主動前往大同分局投案，目前警方正在深入了解動機。
