新北市樹林區太平路某家卡拉OK，今天（15日）凌晨1時許，被5名歡唱後覺得店家服務態度不好的客人，拿著球棒等武器重返現場，猛砸店家大門、櫃台、包廂及桌椅裝潢等，囂張行徑造成店內物品毀損散落一地，轄區警方獲報，啟動快打部隊到場，先逮捕2名來不及逃跑的2名酒客，之後又再陸續逮捕另3名逃離現場的酒客，經警詢後被依妨害秩序及毀損罪送辦。
據了解，昨天深夜張姓男子跟4名好友，前往樹林太平路某家卡拉OK喝酒歡唱，今天凌晨準備結帳離開時，覺得店家服務態度不好，5人跟店家起口角後嗆聲：「大家走著瞧。」後氣憤離去，但不到半小時，5人就拿著球棒等武器返回，開始瘋狂砸店，砸毀店家大門、櫃台、包廂及桌椅裝潢後離去。
警方獲報派遣快打部隊到場，現逮捕砸店後來不及逃走的張男及黃男，後來又陸續逮捕另外已逃離的3人，而這5名砸店的男子，經警詢後被依妨害秩序及毀損罪嫌移送新北檢偵辦。
