春節期間，有民眾到基隆八斗子漁港，買了2隻冷凍帝王蟹，共花了7000元，沒想到回家後，卻發現其中一隻，明顯腐爛，氣得拍下PO網。雖然事後攤商與消費者達成和解，但市府調查發現，該攤商已有多次違規紀錄，重傷直銷中心形象，因此依規定終止契約，禁止繼續營業。
